Delete your account

Deleting your Dodo account is permanent. It removes your account and email, every record and scan image, your document profiles, webhooks and storage-sink configurations, and returns your scanners to factory state so they can be claimed by a new owner. There is no undo.

From the app (immediate)

Open the Dodo Scan app → Settings → Delete account → confirm with your password. Deletion is executed immediately.

Without the app

Email hello@getdodo.in with the subject “Delete my Dodo account” from the email address the account is registered under. We verify it is really you and complete the deletion within 7 days, with a confirmation reply.

What is not deleted

Records you already delivered to your own systems (your webhooks, your buckets, your CSV exports) are outside our reach and remain yours to manage. Residual copies inside our encrypted backups age out within 30 days.
